  • Fix for crash when deleting media items.
  • Fix for occasional “Communication Error” for sites.
  • Fix for crash when selecting Pages tab after deleting a draft.

  • Fix for occasional NSXMLParserErrorDomain error for sites.
  • Fix for favicon refresh issues.

  • Several other minor patches and fixes.

As always, your feedback and input on this release will help guide us as we work hard on the next release, which we’ve already started coding. If you feel like 2.6.3 is an improvement over the previous release, feel free to leave us a review in iTunes to let everyone else know that they should upgrade.

Additionally, we welcome your feedback in the forums and on Twitter.

Why is it such a pain in the ass to setup? It’s kind of ironic that in the time it took me to play with this darn thing (2 hours) to try to get it to work on my iPad and iPhone 4, I could have just set up email posting and been done with the whole thing.

Kind of a let down. Doesn’t matter what I do I get some variant of the xml-rpc errors. I have it enabled in the WP settings and I’ve put the info into login. Clearly there is some kind of WordPress kind of setting somewhere that I have to dig into to get it to work… So much for “easy” setup…

I give up. You win, I couldn’t make it work…

We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble using the app. It’s of course our intention that it should work with all WordPress installations, but we have to deal with a lot of different WordPress installations running out there – and since it’s Open Source, modifications are if not common, at least not rare.

However, we’d love to learn more about why you’re having issues. I’ll send you an email through the ticketing system and hopefully we can make it work for you, and possibly help out others with similar problems along the way!

I’ve installed and deleted this app and installed it again. On the first install I got the “Succesfull – Good to go” message after entering and re-entering my blog info. The same thing happened after re-installing the app.

    Any suggestions?

I’d think I would be more intuitive. lol After seeing the “successful” message I did not realize I had to hit “add blog” a final time.

    Sorry about that. :)
